Is it possible to make a return?

You can make a return by following the instructions on the page https://sifoodly.com/policies/refund-policy, Art. 7 Right of withdrawal. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Product must be delivered to the seller's headquarters, or to a different address communicated by the seller within and no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to withdraw. The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days.

Can I change an order?

Yes, you can change your order no later than 2 working days after order confirmation, info on the page https://sifoodly.com/pages/shipments

Can I place an order if I live in a country outside the European Union?

Certainly, within the page https://sifoodly.com/pages/spedizioni find the list of countries that fall within zone 1 (EU standard shipments), for all other countries (zone 2), contact us using the contact form on the page, we will be at your disposal to best estimate the cost of shipping.

Can I receive the invoice?

Yes, an invoice is issued for every purchase made on our e-commerce, if you are a company you will be asked to enter your VAT number, if you are a private individual you will need to enter your tax code.

How can I pay for my order?

After choosing the products and adding them to the cart, you can pay by credit card, Paypal, Applepay, Googlepay and bank transfer. At the moment it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.
