Fusilli with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and anchovies

🙋🏽Doses: 4 people

350 g of fusilli
300 gr cherry tomatoes (red)
1 large mozzarella
5 anchovy fillets in oil
a few basil leaves
oil and salt as needed

Wash, dry and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the mozzarella into cubes.
Cut the anchovies into small pieces; after having washed and dried the basil, break it up with your hands.
Combine everything in a large bowl and season with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt, if needed.
While the sauce is being prepared, start cooking the pasta. When cooked, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. mix everything together and add a little oil if necessary.
