Busiate with broccoli and cheese

🙋🏽Doses: 2 people

200 g of broccoli
500 gr of busita
water to taste
100 g of matured cheese

Broccoli can be both fresh and frozen.
Cook the broccoli in salted water then sauté them in a pan with a little oil and add a little red pepper and the finely chopped shallot.
In the meantime, cook the pasta and use a few ladles of cooking water to finish the broccoli leaving it soft; drain the pasta, add it to the mixture and add the cheese matured and let it melt, mix everything well and serve.
