Busiate alla Trapanese - Sicilian recipe

400 gr Busiate
250 g cherry tomatoes
75 g Almonds
50 g Pecorino cheese
1 pc Clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
10 Basil leaves

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
In a mixer, chop the almonds with the garlic and the basil not too thinly, then add the pecorino cheese, the diced cherry tomatoes, the salt and the oil and chop again until you get a coarse cream. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Mix by adding a ladle of pasta cooking water.
Your pasta with Trapanese pesto is ready. You just have to serve it on plates.
