Penne con gamberetti al cartoccio - Ricetta Siciliana

Penne with shrimp baked in foil

🙋🏽Doses: 4 people

400 g of penne
150 g peeled prawns
100 g smoked ham (100 g slices)
150 g shelled peas
1 spring onion
dry white wine
a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


Wash the prawns and brown them in a few tablespoons of oil, then wet them with the wine.
Soften the finely chopped spring onion in the oil, then add the diced ham and peas; add salt and pepper and cook the peas.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain it making sure it is al dente.
Season it with a drizzle of raw oil and mix it with the prawns and peas, then pour it onto the foil for the foil pouch and close.
Leave to cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then bring the open foil to the table.
Serve in a single large packet or several single-portion packets.
